2020-21 Best Nursing Home

Our Center is once again among the top U.S. skilled nursing facilities recognized as a 2020-21 Best Nursing Home by U.S. News & World Report. The Center earned the distinction of Best Nursing Home by achieving a rating of “High-Performing,” the highest possible rating for Short-Term Rehabilitation. U.S. News gives the designation of Best Nursing Home only to those homes that satisfy U.S. News’s assessment of the appropriate use of key services and consistent performance in quality measures.

AHCA/NCAL QIRP 2020 Achiever

Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehabilitation recognized as a 2020 recipient of American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) National Quality Initiative Recognition Program. Huntington Hills achieved all four national goals, including safe reduction in hospital readmissions, heightened customer satisfaction, safe reduction in off-label use of antipsychotics, and improved functional outcome.
