Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehabilitation Recognized for Improving Quality of Long-Term Care

For a second year in a row, Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehabilitation has been recognized as a 2020 recipient of American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) National Quality Initiative Recognition Program. Our center accomplished all four national goals, including safe reduction in hospital readmissions, heightened customer satisfaction, safe reduction in off-label use of antipsychotics, and improved functional outcomes.

U.S. News & World Report names Bethel Health Care Center a 2019-20 Best Nursing Home

Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehabilitation is among the 19% of U.S. skilled nursing facilities that have been recognized as a Best Nursing Home for 2019-20 by U.S. News & World Report. The center earned Best Nursing Home status by achieving a rating of “High Performing,” the highest possible rating, for Short-Term Rehabilitation.

The American Health Care Association / National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL), (ACHCA) has identified our center as a top performer in their Quality Initiative Recognition Program. Our center was recognized for our achievements through the Quality Initiative Recognition Program, which honors member centers for their individual work in achieving AHCA/ Quality Initiative goals.
