Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehabilitation is among the top U.S. skilled nursing facilities recognized as a 2020-21 Best Nursing Home by U.S. News & World Report. The Center earned the distinction of Best Nursing Home by achieving a rating of “High-Performing,” the highest possible rating for Short-Term Rehabilitation. U.S. News gives the designation of Best Nursing Home only to those homes that satisfy U.S. News’s assessment of the appropriate use of key services and consistent performance in quality measures.

For a second year in a row, Huntington Hills Center for Health & Rehabilitation has been recognized as a 2020 recipient of American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) National Quality Initiative Recognition Program. Our center accomplished all four national goals, including safe reduction in hospital readmissions, heightened customer satisfaction, safe reduction in off-label use of antipsychotics, and improved functional outcomes.

The center earned Best Nursing Home status by achieving a rating of “High Performing,” the highest possible rating, for Short-Term Rehabilitation.

Our center was recognized for our achievements through the Quality Initiative Recognition Program, which honors member centers for their individual work in achieving AHCA/ Quality Initiative goals.
